ORDER AND PAYMENT

You can shop instantly with any Visa / Mastercard credit card from our sales site www.poligonclub.com. Payments made via credit card are made online via the IYZICO system.


If the system in question cannot process the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this situation on the payment page. After your credit card payment is approved, your order will be prepared and shipped.

VAT is included in the prices of the products on our site.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order before it is shipped, that is, while it is in the "your order has arrived at Poligon Club" status, but since the order in the "your order has been shipped" status has been processed, the cancellation process will not be possible. You can contact us via info@poligonclub.com to cancel your order.

PRODUCT RETURN FEE

The product can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days after receipt. In order to make a return or exchange, the notification and request must be notified to us via e-mail within fourteen (14) days. In order for the return process to begin, the product must be sent with its invoice, with the return shipping fee covered by the customer.

Conditions for Returning the Product and Price


Returns must be made with the original box. Returns of used, washed, damaged products and products whose original boxes have been damaged and lost their resalability are not accepted. If the product complies with the return conditions specified here, the return process is initiated. When the return is approved, the buyer is contacted via the registered e-mail address and the payment made with the credit card is deposited back into the account. This process begins within fourteen (14) business days from the date of notification.

DELIVERY - CARGO

After your payment is confirmed, the product you selected and ordered from our website will be delivered to your address by ARAS KARGO.

Delivery time for products in stock is 7 business days, and delivery time for products out of stock is 30 business days.

The invoice for our products will be sent together with the cargo.


When the product reaches the address by cargo; it is recommended that the product is examined in front of the cargo officer and received. Since our products are insured, compensation for damages incurred during transportation belongs to the cargo company. If the product is damaged, you must have the officer prepare a report and have the product returned to the same cargo company.
